whoah thats a kool looking suit. And in black??? Thats different, I think it looks cool but I would of thought black and red would match better. Like mostly black, but red checks, sort of like the other way around on the original one he has. But that still does looks good, thanks for posting that

I don't necessarily like that... they should stick with the original... just my opinion though I just don't think you can ever go wrong with the original

I'm not 100% sure but I think the reason for the colour change might have something to do with a future villain that may or may not be in the third movie

It is a bit weird that they would change it after it's so well known in comics etc of how he looks. Yeah it's a change, but like babygurl, people may not agree with it.

I'm going on memory here so something might not be right, but in the comics spiderman gets a dark suit that turns out to be an alien symbiate (a living organism that needs a host organism to survive and can change into different forms and augments (enhances) spiderman's powers) spiderman figures it out and with the help of Dr Conner I believe, gets rid of it but the creature finds Eddie Brock who was going to commit suicide and has a hatred of spiderman and joins with him and together they become Vemon

I'm going on memory here so something might not be right, but in the comics spiderman gets a dark suit that turns out to be an alien symbiate (a living organism that needs a host organism to survive and can change into different forms and augments (enhances) spiderman's powers) spiderman figures it out and with the help of Dr Conner I believe, gets rid of it but the creature finds Eddie Brock who was going to commit suicide and has a hatred of spiderman and joins with him and together they become Vemon Bingo! that is what everyone's thinking. Although Sandman and like two other's have been said to be the villians. One of course is Hobgoblin. Which is going to be exactly like Green Goblin. The only change is that in the comic's no one knows who hobgoblin is. Dunst Confirms Spidey 3 Villains Kirsten Dunst, who will reprise the role of Mary Jane Watson in Sam Raimi's upcoming third Spider-Man movie, has confirmed rumors that the sequel's villains will be Venom and Sandman, Zap2It reported. The report confirms widespread rumors that Thomas Haden Church and Topher Grace would play the villains, though Sony and Marvel have so far declined to comment. "Maybe I wasn't supposed to say that," Dunst said while promoting her new movie Elizabethtown. When she checked with her representative, the rep assured her that the information has already been released, the site reported. Dunst was less clear on who would play whom. At first, she said that Church would play Venom and Grace would take on Sandman. She then reversed herself when a journalist expressed disbelief. "It's the other way around," she reportedly said. "You're right." Sandman is a career criminal whose irradiated body can turn into a sand-like substance, the site reported. Venom is an alien symbiote that once masqueraded as Spider-Man's costume before taking over the body of ex-reporter Eddie Brock, who has a beef with Spider-Man over a journalism-related embarrassment. Source:scifi.com Very nice, I am glad....its going to be two villians...kinda spices up the story a bit... Howard's Gwen In Spidey 3 Bryce Dallas Howard (Lady in the Water) is in negotiations to play Peter Parker's love interest Gwen Stacy in Columbia Pictures' Spider-Man 3, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Sam Raimi is directing the movie, which is scheduled to roll this month. Gwen is pivotal in Spider-Man lore as Peter's high-school crush, his first girlfriend and his first love. She ended up being kidnapped by the Green Goblin and died during a bridgetop battle in Amazing Spider-Man issue 121. In the Spider-Man film franchise, Columbia put Mary Jane Watson, a later love interest of Peter's who was a model, in the Gwen role, casting Kirsten Dunst as the high-school crush. The movie featured the famous battle on the bridge with the Green Goblin, though a Hollywood ending was added, and the character survived. Columbia is keeping a tight lid on the third movie's storyline, though it is known that Gwen is the third part of a love triangle and that the character does survive. Tobey Maguire, Dunst and James Franco are reprising their roles, and Topher Grace and Thomas Haden Church have been cast as the villains. Howard, the daughter of director Ron Howard, stars in M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming Lady in the Water and also headlined Shyamalan's The Village. -smiles- Now anyone familur with Spidy comic's knows that in the First film.....Kirsten should have died. It was the studio that wanted a very nice and warm cuddle ending. So they changed it. But, she should have died. Because in the comic's Green Goblin did the samething and she died. -shrugs-.

Welcome. Although I don't know really what they are going to do after the Third one. I think everyone's going to leave Spiderman. I'v heard talks of doing 7 or 9 of 'em but The whole cast is signed up to do 3 films. Kirsten's even said numorus times that she's leaving unless they come back and offer a LOT of money. But, even then I don't think she's really interested in doing it again.

I read a rumour, I forget where, that her character was going to be killed off and that the Venom storyline might carry over into another sequel comic book based movies have a lot, in terms of storylines, to draw from

True. I don't know what is going on. Don't know if the popularity of Jane will allow that or that the Studio will let it. Even though she was the replacement girl for Peter....as far as those that don't read the comic's she's his only. THAT is the girl he's to be with. There really hard to kill off in a big studio film like this.

I suppose it takes this long because of the creating of the effects, all the shoots and also other movies that are before them that are set for release.
