I will now begin new video games as I get a chance to try them. This might help you decide on one to buy.
My first review will be:
Medal of Honor: European Assault
This game is the latest in the Medal of Honor series, and I believe it is the best. This game is less like the old Medal of Honor games and more like Call of Duty. One of the major is the aiming sceme has been changed. Instead of tiny cross hairs you aim using the gun site thus you see the gun infront of you instead of it dissapering when you aim. This is the same scheme in Call of Duty. The graphics are once again improved and provide for excellent landscapes. (this is especially shown in the North African Campaign) You actually see characters' mouths move when they talk to you. Sound is excellent which really helps because you can he the tanks coming. I like the addition of additional submissions that you can complete to win medals. Some other new features include the fact that you are given medpacks and revies for each mission as well as what you find in the field. (after you complete submissions you get revies) Another new feature is adrenaline. As you shoot guys your adrenaline bar will fill and once it does you will be able to use it and temporarily move faster then the people around you. (it is basically the same as focus in Enter the Matrix) This is especially useful when you have your shotgun and need to charge an enemy encampment. You also get three squad members to command. This people are incredibly useful, and depending on how many survive the level depends on how many bonus medpacks you receive at the start of the next level. But the greatest thing about European Assualt is the multiplayer. Instead of teams or individuals just shooting at each other in deathmatches you you can now take part in several different kinds of games with different objectives. Better yet as apposed to choosing one wepon set each player can choose from a variety of different jobs which assures that your team will have the variety it needs to kick some serious ass.
Final Rating: The graphics and the multiplayer make this the best first person shooter I have ever seen. I give it a 10.
Next Review: Madden 2006 (hopefully)
